Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website or scheduling any service with Champs Auto Repair & Collision Inc., you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site and our services.

2. Estimates & Quotes

All written estimates are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Final repair costs may differ from the initial estimate if additional damage is discovered after disassembly; we will notify you and obtain approval before performing any additional work.

3. Insurance Claims

We offer complimentary insurance claim assistance and will coordinate with your insurer on your behalf. However, coverage, deductibles, and claim approval are determined solely by your insurance policy and provider. You are responsible for any deductible or non-covered amount per your policy.

4. Vehicle Storage

Vehicles must be collected within 7 days of repair completion. After 30 days, storage fees may apply. We will make reasonable attempts to contact you before applying any storage charges.

5. Warranties

Repairs carry our workmanship guarantee as described at the time of service. Parts warranties are subject to the respective manufacturer's terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or subsequent incidents.

6. Referral Program

The $1,500 referral reward is issued when a referred customer completes and pays for a qualifying repair. There is no limit on the number of referrals. We reserve the right to modify or end the program with notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

Champs Auto Repair & Collision Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the cost of the repair performed. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific repair giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
